Saturday, September 10

| 4:00 p.m. | Campers check-in at St. Patrick’s County Park (dry camping only) |
| 5:30 p.m. | Meet between 5:00 and 5:30 at John Hunt Plaza (in front of the Morris Performing Arts Center and just North of Double Tree Hotel). |
| 8:00 p.m.-?? | After-ride gathering at Fiddler's Hearth (downtown South Bend) |
Sunday, September 11
Where: Start and finish at St. Patrick’s County Park in South Bend, Indiana
| 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. | Check-in and registration at The Red Barn |
*Group Start times are suggested for those who want to join others riding the same distance; however, any rider can start any time after 7:30 a.m.
Riders should time their departure to avoid getting to SAGs before they open or after they close.

| 8:00 a.m. | Group Start for 200K (125 miles) and (100 miles) rides. General start time 7:30-8:30 |
| 8:15 a.m. | Group Start for 100k + (65 mile) ride. General start time 7:30 - 12:00 |
| 8:30 a.m. | Group Start for 44 mile ride. General start time 7:30 - 12:00 |
| 8:45 a.m. | Group Start for 25 mile ride. General start time 7:30 - 12:00 |
| 9:30 a.m. | Group Start for family ride 3.5-11.5 (you choose). General start time 7:30 - 11:00 |
| 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. | After-ride party at St. Patrick’s County Park - Beer tent with music, food, and refreshments |
